The Mayor and City Council of the City of Central, Louisiana, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 6:00pm at Central Community School Board Office, 11576 Sullivan Road, Central, LA, to discuss the following:
CUP-7-23 Conditional Use Permit for a Daycare Center on Lot B of the Dr. Milton O. Holt Subdivision This property is located at 9886 Hooper Road between Lansdowne Road to the east and Shady Bluff Drive to the west. The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit approval for a Daycare Center. (Applicant: Deandrea Glasper)
TA-5-23 Central Thruway Corridor Overlay District An ordinance to add a new Central Thruway Corridor overlay district to the City of Central Comprehensive Zoning Code, and provide for related matters.
TA-8-23 Central Corridor Overlay District An ordinance to remove portions of the Corridor Overlay District that conflict with the proposed Central Thruway Corridor Overlay District in the City of Central Comprehensive Zoning Code, and provide for related matters.
