Due to expected weather conditions overnight and tomorrow, all State, EBR City-Parish and COC City Hall offices will be closed.
However, we will be monitoring the weather conditions and send out updates as we receive them.

All clear for the risk of severe weather today. EBRP is under a Wind Advisory until 6:00 PM. Sustained winds of 20-35 mph and gusts of up to 45 mph are possible.

The light at Sullivan and Hooper is working intermittently. Please use caution and treat this intersection as a 4-way stop. We appreciate your patience as we work to get the issue resolved. Thank you.
